STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, Tilly & Pip has no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information. . 

Tilly & Pip  uses USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. Tilly & Pip is not responsible for items lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box for easy and faster shipping of your purchased products to you. We offer a number of different shipping times and methods per product. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number and be able to track your order through the Shop app:https://shop.app. if you have more questions about shipping please contact us at support@tillyandpipkids.com

Pre-order Items

If you have ordered items on pre-order they will take up to 60+ days for delivery. Items currently in stock will be dispatched separately.

Global Delivery

We ship worldwide on most products. Please refer to the individual product description for shipping times. If your country is not on the list at check out please email us and we can help you further.

Arrival of orders

If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately as they are coming from different warehouses. If there is more than a 2 week gap between items being delivered please reach out to us via our email at support@tillyandpipkids.com
